What is Grounding

The earth carries an electrical charge, and if you didn't know, so do all humans!

All humans have electrical potential in their cells, heart, brain, muscles, etc. Hence why we use cardiographs, electrodes, and mostly electric equipment in healthcare to measure our vitality.

The earth carries a small negative charge and is so large that it can absorb all excess static electricity when it is connected. This is why all electrical circuitry is "grounded" so it doesn't start a fire.

It turns out that the human body is designed to be electrically equalized to this negative charge, which happens only by direct contact with earth. When we touch the earth this excess electricity, which causes inflammation and harmful reactions in the body importantly, is discharged into the earth.

Our modern world is full of unnatural, man-made electricity, and with the state of things it's worth asking "could it be detrimental to our health?"

The answer is yes. The outbreak of chronic illness, mass inflammation, and more health problems than ever before in direct correlation with this rise in EMF, man-made electric pollution, and disconnection from nature is not a coincidence.

There is an argument to be made that the root of all modern disease comes back to the removal of humans from our natural, electromagnetically balanced environment.

In the perfect world, grounding mats, sheets, and these products would not be necessary because we would live in union with nature, but the reality is that we sleep in beds, we work indoors and we rely on technology for many aspects of our life. We must adapt to accommodate our health as we introduce these bioloigcal stressors into our life.

First and foremost, though, always prioritize barefoot time in nature and feel your body reconnect to its vitality.
